INVITATION TO BID FOR SOLAR SUBMERSIBLE PUMP 

International Medical Corps is a global humanitarian, non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives and reliving suffering worldwide through health care training, relief and development programs. The organization was founded in 1984. 

Since 2003, International Medical Corps has been involved in a diversified humanitarian and emergency response programs in Ethiopia, providing lifesaving, life-preserving and life sustaining services. International Medical Corps Provide support and training in water, sanitation & hygiene (WASH), and prevention of genderbased violence, nutrition, mental health, sexual reproductive health, primary health care, HIV/AIDS and other critically needed programs. 

International Medical Corps programs in Ethiopia work in rural, urban and refugee settings and are designed to be sustainable through full community participation. We are currently working together with families and communities in four regional states of Ethiopia, including two refugee camps in Dollo and Gambela. 

International Medical Corps would like to invite those who are motivated to provide solar submersible pump. 

For bidders who are willing to express interest in providing solar submersible pump to International Medical Corps Ethiopia, please refer to the following points which aims to guide on how to manage your bid: 

  1. Bidders can collect the bid documents and detail requirements from International Medical Corps Addis Ababa Logistics Department during working hours from April 6, 2020 to April 10, 2020 till 05:00PM. Working hours, Morning 08:30AM to 12:30PM, Afternoon, from 01:30PM to 05:00PM. 
  2. Bidders can submit your Financial and Technical Proposal with sealed envelope to the specific bid box on April 13, 2020 on or before 05:00PM. Bid will be opened at the organization meeting hall on April 14, 2019 at 10:00AM. 
  3. Bidders are very much encouraged to attend the bid opening process. However, in the absence of bidders, International Medical Corps will continue with the bid opening and evaluation process. 
  4. International Medical Corps has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
