CALL FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES for Final Evaluation for the “Building Climate Change Resilient Economic Capacity and Environmental Protection role of Ethiopian Women through integrated Approach” Project

Union of Ethiopian Women and Children Associations (UEWCA), established on January 29, 2010 is a non governmental; non-profit and nonpartisan consortium of 80 women and children-focused Civil Society Organizations that are working with the objective of empowerment of women and girls and ensure gender equality. UEWCA- is implementing a project entitled “Building Climate Change Resilient Economic Capacity and Environmental Protection role of Ethiopian Women through integrated Approach” in_twelve_woredas found in Oromia, Amhara, SNNPR,Benishangul Gumuz and Tigray Regions starting January, 2017. The project is funded by SIDA through Farm Africa and will phase out in December 2020.

UEWCA is intending to conduct Final Evaluation for the aforementioned Project. So, it is looking for licensed, experienced and competent consulting firms. Therefore, interested licensed, experienced and competent; and VAT registered consulting firms, who renewed their licenses for the year 2013 E.C are invited to collect Term of Reference (ToR)prepared for this purpose, within five working days starting from the date of the announcement, from UEWCA Office, with the following address:

UEWCA Office, located on the main road that takes from Megenagna to Adawa Square, behind Sumeya Mosque, in front of Chefe Health Center/Magic Capet School Yeka Sub-city, Woreda 08, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

All technical and financial bids should be submitted separately in a sealed envelope to UEWCA office within Five working days since the date of the announcement.

UEWCA reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
