INVITATION TO BID (ITB)

Supply of Laboratory Equipment, Lab-Furniture, Freezer, Refrigerator, Waste Bin & UPS Procurement Reference No.: ITB-ETH-2020/MSC/004

The World Health Organization, Ethiopia (hereinafter referred to as WHO) is seeking a reputable Supplier(s) and/or Bidder(s) with a proven track record of relevant experience to supply the following Laboratory Equipment;

  • High Pressure Autoclaves
  • Laboratory Centrifuge
  • Class 2 Biosafety Cabinet
  • Deep Freezer,
  • Refrigerator
  • Vertical Laminar air hood/Cabinet
  • Standard waste bin with lid

    Laboratory Swivel chair & Specimen Collection

  • Chair
  • Laboratory marble bench 4mx1m with drawer
  • UPS 3KVA

Therefore, with this procurement notice, all legally established Suppliers/Bidders are kindly invited to submit bid proposals for the supply of the aforementioned goods.

 

Interested Bidders for the captioned goods can collect the detailed ITB bid solicitation documents (both Schedule of Requirements & Product Specification; and ITB Bid Standard Document) from the office stated below for free of charge.

Both Technical and Financial Proposals shall be submitted not later than 17:00, Addis Ababa, East Africa Standard Time, on December 16, 2020 in  the following address;

Interested Bidders Proposals must be expressed in English and shall be valid for a minimum period of 90 days. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your proposal reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by the WHO after the deadline shall not be considered for evaluation. WHO reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
