REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Cash Disbursement Services Provisions to the Selected Beneficiaries in Ethiopia through Physical Cash Distribution, Bank Account Transfer, Mobile Transfer, Wallet Card, and other E-Transfer modalities, IOM invites Financial Service Providers to submit Technical and Financial Proposal explained in greater detail on the RFP and TOR. The purpose of the RFP is to establish non-exclusive Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the period of two (2) years with the possibility of extension of another two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance.

A complete set of RFP can be shared upon request of an interested  Financial Service Provider by sending an email specifying the subject to SLOADDISABABAPROCUREMENT@iom.int.  or be available at IOM SLO Addis Ababa website: Ethiopia.iom.int; from 30 June 2020 to 28 July 2020.

A pre-proposal Blue Jeans video conference will be held on 20 July 2020 starting at 10:00 AM, and Interested Service Provider advised to join the conference at https://bluejeans.com/820255152;  

The proposal shall be valid for a period of one year (365 calendar days) after submission. The late proposal shall be rejected. The proposal must be delivered in hand to IOM SLO Addis Ababa located, Gemokenyatta Avenue,

Kirkos Sub-City, Wereda 8, YeMez Building (behind Zuqualla Complex)  on or before 29 July 2020 13:00 hours (East African Time) and shall be  opened on 29 2020 14:00 hours (East African Time)

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all proposals at any time prior to of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Service  Provider/s of the ground for IOM action.
