Invitation to Bids/IFB/ 

No. OWERDB NCB 05/2013 (Unicef Wash) 

  1. Oromia Water and Energy Resource Development Bureau want to procure the under mentioned Water-related goods for different water supply schemes of the region. 
  2. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in this bid for the supply of the following lots.

  3. Complete bid documents in English can be purchased from the above-mentioned office upon Payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300 / Three hundred/ by submission of a written application to the Oromia Water and Energy Resource Development Bureau: 
  4. Bidders should present a renewed license, registration certificate issued from authorized Ministry, Taxpayer certificate, Registration card For VAT & TIN together & copy of the ID card. 
  5. Bid documents shall be submitted to Oromia Water and Energy Resource Development Bureau, 6th floor Room No.601 and Tel. +251-011-5-509622 on or before 11:59 AM/ 13/10/2020 GC. Bids shall be opened at 2:00 PM On the same date in the presence of the bidder’s representative who is interested to attend at the 8th-floor hall room 
  6. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guaranty and must be submitted to the above-mentioned office. 
  7. Oromia Water and Energy Resource Development Bureau reserve the right to reject the bids Partially or fully.
