OPRIFS is a local non-governmental organization working to improve the living conditions of sexually abused, exploited and vulnerable female street children as well as domestic worker girls through prevention, rehabilitation and re-unification mechanisms. OPRIFS was legally registered and accorded legal entity in 2000 as a local non-governmental organization by the Ministry of Justice. It has also registered as local organization with a registration number 0281 on June 10/2019 in accordance with the civil society organizations proclamation No.1113/2019

  • Call 1:- Currently OPRIFS has planned to carry out midterm evaluation on projects entitled Prevention and Rehabilitation of Abused Victim and Vulnerable Female Children through Community Based Intervention in Addis Ababa and Bahir Dar.
  • Call 2:- OPRIFS has planned to carry out terminal evaluation on a project entitled Protect hope of vulnerable and migrant returnees and young women through socio-economic support in three woredas of Addis Ketema sub-city in Addis Ababa. Therefore, a qualified consultant team and/or firm with proven experience and technical competence are invited to apply for the tasks.


  • Education level and background: at least MA Degree in any field of social science
  • The lead consultant should have at least Master’s Degree in education, sociology, social work, public management/administration or other related fields and over 5 years of relevant experience
  • Collect the TOR from OPRIFS head office paying non-returnable 100.00 (hundred) birr for each calls.
  • Submit application with motivation letter
  • Submit sealed, stamped and signed technical and financial proposal with 5 working days of this announcements to OPRIFS head office in person
  • Valid TIN and VAT certification, renewed professional license for the current year and accreditation certificate from the management institute.
  • Attachment of credentials of qualification and relevant testimonials of proven experience
