Network of Civil Society Organizations in Oromia (NeCSOO) is a Regional Network of civil society organizations operating in the Oromia National Regional State. The Network, at the moment has 48 member organizations that have engaged in a range of humanitarian response and development activities in the Region. Recently, NeCsoo has gota  fund from the Civil Society Support Program 2 (CSS2) and Ethiopian Civil Society Organizations Forum (ECSF) for a project entitled “Promoting Protection of Citizens’ Rights in the Implementation of COVID-19 Response Measures in Oromia”. One of the major activities of the project has to do with conducting a rapid assessment on the possible indirect impacts (economic and social in particular) of the pandemic on the vulnerable social groups in the Oromia National Regional State.

To this end, NecSOO is seeking a consultancy service and thus: would like to invite eligible applicants to undertake a rapid assessment on the indirect impact of COVID-19 on the living and livelihoods of vulnerable social groups in Oromia.

Eligibility: Bidders must have a renewed trade/business certificate for the year 2012/13 E.C (2019/20 G.C), VAT, TIN, and the renewed professional license certificate.

Interested and eligible consultancy firms/consultancy team may collect the Terms of Reference (ToR) and submit their technical and financial proposals in a separately sealed envelope with wax from 14-25, December 2020 during working days from the NeCSOO Office.

NeCSOO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall be rejected.
