INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES AT NeCSOO
Network of Civil Society Organizations in Oromia (NeCSOO) is a Regional Network of civil society organizations operating in the Oromia National Regional State. The Network, at the moment has 48 member organizations that have engaged in a range of humanitarian response and development activities in the Region. Recently, NeCsoo has secured a fund from the European Union Civil Society Fund III (EU-CSF-III) for the project entitled “Enhancing CSOs and Citizens’ Collective Engagements in the Development and Reform Processes in the Oromia Regional State”.
The project, being financed by the generous support of the European Union CSF-III, is meant to undertake such major activities as prompting peace and peacebuilding, constructive dialogues, good governance, and promotion of GO-CSOs development partnership in the Oromia National Regional State. As an implementation strategy, each activity aims at the organization of evidence-based policy dialogue and workshops to ensure NeCSOO and its members’ contribution to the overall development and peacebuilding activities in the Region. To this end, NeCSOO is seeking consultancy services and invite eligible applicants for the following two but distinct consultancy services:
- To undertake research on the magnitude of all-inclusive and participatory levels of the reform process in the Oromia National Regional State.
- To conduct research on the situation of peace and peaceful co-existence in the Oromia National Regional State.
Eligibility: Bidders must have a renewed trade/ business certificate for the year 2012 E.C (2019/20 G.C), VAT, TIN, and the renewed professional license certificate. Please note that one the consulting firm can apply only for one of the two consultancy services and applying for the two announced consultancy services at a time will lead to an automatic rejection of applications for the two.
Interested and eligible consultancy firms/ consultancy team may collect Terms of References (TORS) separately prepared for each and submit their technical and financial proposals in a separately sealed envelope with wax from 19-28, August 2020 during working days and working hours from the NeCSOO Office. NeCsOO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall be rejected.
