Management Science for Health((MSH)

With over 30 years of health program management experience in more than 140 countries, Management Science for Health (MSH) contributes operational expertise and state of the art technical competence to prevention, care and treatment programs. MSH financed by USAID, has been working in Ethiopia since 2003 on a variety of health issues, including HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis.

MSH Ethiopia Office is looking for a firm that can scan all its finance and HR documents.


  • Prepare financial and personnel documents for scanning; order large files by breaking into appropriate pieces, attach small piece invoices on A4 paper.
  • Scan historic financial and personnel documents with due care and neatness
  • Organize scanned files in folders to ensure proper order and sequence
  • submit properly organized soft copy of scanned documents to the finance unit

Note: We estimate that there are around 4,000 box files that need to be scanned with each box file holding around 500 sheets of paper.


1. Bidders should attach the following in their bid document:

1.1 Company profile

1.2 A proposal detailing how the firm is going to complete the task. The proposal must include number and types of machines that are going to be used, estimation time to complete the work and total number of staffs that are going to be deployed for this task.

1.3 Copies of renewed relevant business license, TIN and VAT Registration certificates,

1.4 Documents showing proof of their good reputation. Preferably working with other international NGOs and similar organizations.

1.5 Bidders should be willing to give their service under the following conditions:

a. Scanning of documents shall be done at MSH office addressed in front of Century mall, 6th floor. Any suitable and preferred work station could be agreed with the bidder.

b. The deployed team shall work under the guidance and supervision of the MSH appointed personnel

c. To accept a credit basis payment arrangement,

d. To provide legal receipt upon payment.


The bid will not necessarily be evaluated based on the lowest price alone, but MSH will award the contract on the basis of value for money.

Bid documents should be submitted on or before January 08, 2021, 4:00 PM

Before the closing date and time, bidders should prepare their offer in a sealed envelope and submit to MSH Office located at Hayahulet mazoria, Rebeka Building, 5th floor.

Management Science for Health (MSH) reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
