International Rescue Committee (IRC) – Ethiopia Program has been working in Ethiopia since 1999 and is implementing integrated community-managed programs aimed at improving the quality of lives and recovery of livelihoods of disaster-affected populations through promoting individual participation, strengthening institutions and emergency response. Currently IRC is operating in Benishangule, Tigray, SNNPR, Somali and Oromia regions on refugee assistance and livelihood.

IRC has received funds from Donors and Governments for various refugee and local community Projects in Ethiopia and has a requirement for the following services.

  • Local construction materials

Interested and suitably qualified bidders may request tender information from the IRC Office from June 22, 2020 to July 13, 2020:

The duly completed proposal documents should be submitted in sealed  envelopes as per the tender instructions to the address mentioned above on or before 10:00AM – July 14, 2020.Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM July 14, 2020.

IRC shall not be bound to accept the lowest priced proposal, or any proposal submitted, and any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
