International Organization for Migration Special Liaison Office (IOM/SLO) in Addis Ababa invites highly experienced consultant/s to conduct Consultancy Service to conduct adaptation, contextualizing and Translation of Migrants-InCountries- In Crisis Training Materials 

The objective of this consultancy is aimed at “adapting, contextualizing and translation of a training manual focusing on Migrants in Countries In Crisis (MICIC) based on existing literature, IOM training manual development guidelines and tools (IOM Essentials of Migration Management, MICIC handbook), and other guiding documents available at the local level, develop, contextualize and translate a comprehensive Training manual and trainee handout on MICIC for the National Disaster and Risk Management Commission (NDRMC) of Ethiopia and other relevant stakeholders; the manual should be tailored to the Ethiopian context (legal and policy framework, institutional setup, realities of MICIC, international and national commitments, etc.). Finally the adapted and contextualized manuals should also be translated into Amharic

Each candidate shall submit sealed/stamped, technical proposal (including copies of renewed Business Registration License for (consultancy firms), CV, and associated professional competency certificates (for individual consultants and firms), and financial proposal. 

The proposals shall be delivered to IOM Ethiopia office until 7th of July 2020 from 8:00AM – 05:30PM (2:00 to 11:30 Local time). No proposal will be accepted after 7th of July 2020 5:30PM. 

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, to cancel the procurement process at any time prior to award of contract, without obligation to inform the affected bidder/s of the grounds for IOM action.
