Call for Professional Services on Disclosure
and Assurance Process of COST – Ethiopia
Infrastructure Transparency Initiative – Ethiopia (COST – Ethiopia) is a country-centered Initiative that works to improve citizen’s lives through: promoting the use of Infrastructure Data Standard (IDS) for information disclosure; conducting independent Assurance Processes on disclosed data; promoting dialogue, trust and stakeholder participation in the delivery of infrastructure projects using Multi-Stakeholder working and Social Accountability arrangements.
The Initiative requires to strengthen its pool of professionals for services on proactive and reactive disclosure of procurement information of infrastructure projects and assurance processes of same. The services are rendered when required by signing contracts for individual projects.
The Multi-stakeholder Group Executive Committee (NMSG – EC) of COST – Ethiopia now invites Qualified Professionals who fulfill the following requirements to submit their Applications.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar fields of study
- 10 years of experience for B.Sc. and 8 years for M.Sc. degree, out of which 5 years in Contract Administration, Project Management or similar positions in both cases
There will be a skill test to be given by the Initiative.

Payment for the service is negotiable but attractive.
