Hawassa Children’s Organization (HCO) would like to invite all interested & eligible Office furniture & Electronic equipment suppliers to submit their technical and financial offers for the supply of different Office furniture’s (chairs, tables &file/book shelves & file folder) & Electronic equipment’s (laptop & Desktop computers, LCD projector with a screen printer, Stabilizer, Flash Memory & Divider).

Bid opening Date December 01, 2020

Bid closing date: December 15, 2020, at 9:30 Am & public opening is the same Date at 11:Am the time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the opening ceremony

Any eligible Furniture & Electronic equipment suppliers who might be interested in accepting the HCO – Office proposal for supplying the items are welcome to submit the offers. Interested bidders can come and collect the specification at the HCO-GBE SPF project office.


  • A supplier should have a valid TIN, VAT & renewed business license.
  • Please submit technical, financial offers, and warranty separately in one sealed envelope.
  • The validity date of your offer should be 60 days
  • Please indicate the delivery date
  • Please quote including transportation to Hawassa
  • Payment should be settled upon delivery.
