Call for External Auditors

Digital Green Foundation (DGF) is a not-for profit international development organization that uses an innovative digital platform for community engagement to improve livelihoods of rural communities across South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. We empower smallholder farmers to lift themselves out of poverty by harnessing the power of technology and grassroots-level partnerships.

DGF is re-registered and licensed by the Agency For Civil Society Organizations, under license no. 3868. DGF has a centralized finance and administrative structure in Addis Ababa and operates in four regional states (Oromia, Amhara, Tigray and SNNPR).

DGF is pleased to invite qualified and authorized Audit Firms who are eligible and recognized by AABE to conduct the annual audit of the IPSAS financial statement for the year ended March 2021.

The bidders shall meet the following criteria:

  1. Renewed Business License,
  2. Certificate of TIN and VAT Registration,
  3. Company profile, including list of INGOs worked with, supported by evidence,
  4. Competency Certificate from recognized governing Bodies, (AABE, Association, etc).
  5. Total Audit engagement days, and
  6. Audit Fee in ETB.

Interested, eligible, and competent Audit Firms are invited to submit the technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope in person to the address indicated in the RFP within 10 working days from the date of announcement.

DGF reserves the right to reject the parts or whole of the submitted proposals.
