Renovate Office Reception Desk

We achieve positive change in communities in partnership with local organizations through our three core programs that improve education, health and livelihoods and achieve the outcomes of healthy and secure infants, educated and confident children and skilled and involved youth.
ChildFund Ethiopia would like to procure supply & renovate Office Reception Desk. Eligible bidders are invited to submit separate envelops marked as “technical” and “financial” proposal. Bidders shall come to ChildFund office and see the existing reception desk and take the design idea between 19 – 25 Jan 2021 in the working hours.

Bidders shall provide the following technical requirements
- Bidders shall submit legal documents (Trade License, Registration, TIN, VAT etc)
- Design, detail specification & bill of materials to be supplied for the renovation works
- At least two similar work experience evidenced by reference letters
- Price schedule that includes VAT clearly stated in the BOQ prepared by the bidder
Interested bidders should submit their proposals to the address above in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 11:00 AM 26th of Jan 2021. Bid will be opened by procurement committee. Bidders shall be responsible for all costs related to this tender including costs of bid document preparation and design works.
Evaluation of the proposals will be done by the procurement committee. Bidders only passing the technical evaluation will be considered for financial evaluation of least price method. Based on the evaluation result, responsive bidder will be invited to sign the contract to execute the works.
ChildFund Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reasons whatsoever.
